1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

The Customer, acting as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery, without providing any reason.

2. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

1. customized products
2. made-to-measure products

Pursuant to Article 59(c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, such products:

1. are non-returnable
2. are non-refundable

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

The Customer must:

2. return the product within 14 days from the withdrawal notice

Return address:

4. Return Conditions

The product must be:

1. intact
2. unused
3. in original condition

Returns will not be accepted if products show:

1. signs of use
2. odors or sweat contamination
3. wear or deformation
4. material alterations

The Company reserves the right to reduce or refuse the refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of withdrawal notification.

The Company may withhold the refund until:

1. the product has been received
2. its condition has been verified

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

7. Defective Products

Defects must be reported via email to: mailto:info@sartoriapugilistica.com

The request must include:

1. description of the defect
2. photographs
3. order number

Returns are subject to prior authorization.
