2. all shipments are tracked and insured
3. risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery

3. Non-EU Orders

Non-EU sales may be handled under:

This applies only when the Customer arranges collection.

The Customer is responsible for:

1. transport
2. insurance
3. customs clearance
4. duties and taxes

If shipping is arranged by the Seller upon Customer request, it is carried out on behalf of the Customer within the limits permitted by applicable law.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on:

1. product availability
2. customization
3. destination

5. Customs Duties and Taxes

For international orders:

1. duties and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer
2. customs delays are beyond the Seller’s control

6. Failed Delivery

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

The Seller is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete data.
