1. Scope
This document governs:
- product use
- customized products
- technical characteristics
- limitations of liability
It forms an integral part of the sales contract.
2. Nature of the Products
Sartoria Pugilistica® products:
- are handcrafted
- may present natural variations
- are not industrially standardized
3. Product Use
Products:
- are not personal protective equipment (PPE), unless otherwise specified
- do not guarantee physical protection
- are intended for controlled technical or aesthetic use
Any other use is at the user’s own responsibility.
4. Use by Minors
Products are not intended for individuals under 18 without adult supervision.
5. Customized Products
Customized products:
- are made upon Customer request
- are based on approved specifications
- cannot be modified after approval
Once production begins:
- no changes are allowed
- no cancellation is possible
6. No Return / No Refund
Customized products:
- are non-returnable
- are non-refundable
- excluded from the right of withdrawal
7. Customer Responsibility
The Customer:
- is responsible for their choices
- accepts artisanal characteristics
- guarantees rights over provided content
8. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not responsible for:
- improper use
- non-compliant use
- unauthorized modifications
9. Product Characteristics
Each product is unique.
Differences do not constitute defects.
