2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made through the Sartoria Pugilistica® e-commerce website to:
consumers (B2C)
professionals (B2B)
customers within and outside the European Union
By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms in full.
3. Pre-contractual Information
Before completing the purchase, the Customer acknowledges having reviewed: the essential characteristics of the products, the price, shipping costs and applicable terms and conditions.
4. Nature of the Products
Sartoria Pugilistica® products are handcrafted items made in Italy.
Variations in color, texture, grain, consistency or finish are inherent to the artisanal process and do not constitute defects.

6. Product Types
6.1 Standard Products
Non-customized products available in the catalog.
6.2 Customized Products
Products made upon Customer request or tailored to specific requirements are considered custom-made goods pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
For such products:
the right of withdrawal does not apply
returns are not permitted
refunds are not available
By placing the order, the Customer declares that:
they have approved the design, materials and specifications
they accept the artisanal nature of the product
Any variations due to craftsmanship do not constitute defects.
6.3 Express Acceptance for Customized Products
The purchase of customized products is subject to express acceptance by the Customer.
Before completing the order, the Customer must confirm:
that they have read and accepted the terms relating to customized products
that they expressly waive the right of withdrawal
Without such acceptance, the order cannot be completed.
7. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded upon:
order confirmation
successful payment
For customized products, production begins only after Customer approval.
8. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in Euro (€).
Payment must be made in advance using the available methods.
9. Shipping and Delivery
9.1 European Union
The Seller arranges shipping through selected carriers.
All shipments are:
tracked
insured according to the order value
Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
9.2 Non-EU and B2B Sales
Delivery may be made under:
EXW Cagliari (Italy) – Incoterms® 2020
This applies only when the Customer arranges collection.
In such cases:
risk transfers when goods are made available
the Customer is responsible for transport, insurance, customs clearance and duties
If the Seller arranges shipping upon request, this is done on behalf of the Customer, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
10. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers only)
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery.
10.1 Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
customized products
made-to-measure products
11. Return Procedure
The Customer must:
notify withdrawal within 14 days
return the product within the following 14 days

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
12. Return Conditions
Products must be returned:
intact
unused
in original condition
Returns will not be accepted if products show:
signs of use
odors or sweat contamination
wear or deformation
material alterations
The Seller may reduce or refuse the refund accordingly.
13. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of withdrawal notification.
The Seller may withhold the refund until: the product is received and its condition is verified
14. Defect Claims
Defects must be reported via email to:

The request must include:
description of the defect
photographic evidence
order number
Returns are subject to prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
15. Defect Notification Deadlines
For B2B and non-EU customers:
defects must be reported within 8 days of delivery
For EU consumers:
a 24-month legal guarantee applies
16. Defect Verification
Upon receipt, the Seller will inspect the product.
If the defect is confirmed:
repair, replacement or refund
If not confirmed:
return is rejected
product is returned at Customer’s expense
17. Warranty Exclusions
The following do not constitute defects:
normal wear and tear
deterioration due to use
sweat or humidity
artisanal characteristics
improper use
incorrect maintenance
18. Product Use
Sartoria Pugilistica® products:
are not personal protective equipment (PPE), unless otherwise specified
do not guarantee physical protection
are intended for controlled technical or aesthetic use
19. Use by Minors
Products are not intended for use by individuals under 18, unless under adult supervision.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for damages arising from:
improper use
non-compliant use
unauthorized modifications
21. Customization Content
The Customer guarantees ownership of all rights related to submitted content.
The Seller is held harmless from any third-party claims.
22. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Italian law.
For consumers:
the court of the Customer’s place of residence applies
For B2B customers:
exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Cagliari (Italy)
24. Final Provisions
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and related documents.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
