The user acknowledges and accepts that using the product involves inherent risks related to physical activity and agrees to follow the instructions provided in this manual and on the labels.

Sartoria Pugilistica® and Fight Gear shall not be held liable, under any circumstances, for direct or indirect damages to persons, property, or third parties arising — including but not limited to — from:

• improper or unintended use;
• failure to comply with safety or maintenance instructions;
• modifications or alterations of the product;
• use in unsuitable environments or with incompatible equipment;
• bag training or impact-based exercises;
• any injury, trauma, or physical damage arising, even indirectly, from the use of gloves or any Sartoria Pugilistica® item.

The user agrees to indemnify and hold Sartoria Pugilistica® and Fight Gear harmless from any claim, cost, fine, legal expense, or compensation demand resulting from use not in accordance with these conditions or from any event connected with the use of the products, even when used correctly.
