This manual and any contractual or non-contractual relationship between Sartoria Pugilistica® and the purchaser shall be governed by Italian law.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Cagliari, Italy.

Any claim, dispute, or demand for compensation must be resolved on an individual basis.

Participation in class actions, collective proceedings, or representative lawsuits of any kind, including those in foreign jurisdictions, is expressly excluded.
