Sartoria Pugilistica® products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects in accordance with the regulations in force in the country of sale.

For customers within the European Union, the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments apply.

For customers outside the European Union, products are covered by a limited commercial warranty of 12 months, non-extendable, starting from the date of purchase or delivery.

This warranty covers only structural manufacturing defects and does not extend to wear, deterioration from use, improper maintenance, accidents, or customizations requested by the client.

Customizations made upon request are carried out according to the specifications provided by the customer, who approves the shape, finishes, and materials.

Sartoria Pugilistica® disclaims any liability and warranty for minor aesthetic differences resulting from the artisanal nature of the production process or the natural characteristics of materials.
