The importer, distributor, or authorized reseller of Sartoria Pugilistica® products undertakes, under its sole responsibility, to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, labeling, safety, and customs requirements in force in the country of destination.

Such party expressly holds Sartoria Pugilistica® and Fight Gear harmless from any civil, criminal, administrative, or financial liability arising from inspections, disputes, sanctions, or claims related to the export, commercialization, or use of the products outside the European Union.
